May Someone Reset My Passoword Please?

I have been having trouble loging in (as in I can't log in) ever since I renamed my account (using /rename newname) from "ell" to "[sjc]ell".I think my password was somehow reset, how do I get it back? Thanks in advance, ell

accounts logged in from your IP are: harvey, [sjc]harvey, ell, gayq, and ell2
there's no account named [sjc]ell

Arggg that is so frustrating! I definately renamed it, I was playing on it for about a month until it went caput!!!!! Now I will have to rank up again! I hate /rename it doesnt work!!!! GRGRGRGRh
