Recording or Automated base management widget

Base building is often repetitive and tedious. Is there a widget that can do one of the following or is similar?
Is there a widget that can record all of the build orders, queues and locations of buildings and then save them to a file. When a game starts just open the recording and designate constructor units as for base building. They will build everything in the same order and place you did then. So you basically have to make a recording for each start position. During "replay" an area is defined outside of which the recorded buildings are ignored. Also factories can be recorded and designated in game to follow the current recorded queue.
Alternatively
The player has a number of queues into which can go buildings and units. The locations for the buildings must be placed on the map when they are added to the queue. Each queue has a bar with a tab like the resource bars. Moving the bar tells the widget how much econ to spend on the queue. The queues and maybe the locations of buildings can also be recorded separately from other queues in this game.
Alternatively
Co-command with an ai that is good. Every unit and building has a state setting which the player can toggle that tells the ai if it can use the unit. Also the player can define certain boundaries for the ai like defend here or build base only here or don't take metal spots here.
