Spring RTS Engine

It can barely see over its baseplate, it looks Kbots in the knees. Please give this great and noble unit the stature it deserves.

Please fix its aim point /view point, it must be possible the core viper does not suffer the same curse.

This problem may have only been in FPS mode, fixed by adding these lines to the BOS.
