I wanna have fun and play DSD on BA mod without opportunity of building advanced labs.
So, I wanna to denied Advanced Plant, Lab, Aircraft and Shipyard.

What editor I need to make this map? What scripts I must to create?

I saw the map DSD Special. It works on BA mod, but its SD7-archive have a lot of scripts, models, etc...
So, i think, units and buildings can be denied by some scripts in SD7-archive of map? Am i right?

No, when you host a game, go into the "Unit Restrictions" tab and simply restrict the units you don't want allowed in the match, in your case lvl2 factories.

I am not hoster. It is a unique way of the decision of my idea?

Or I need to create new cutted mod BA T1 ONLY? :P

@mildarf Yes it is possible to do what you are trying to do with some relatively simple fiddling about with certain files and making either a map-mutator or whatever... the problem is as follows,

A: Why would you bother making an entirely new version (or mutator) that would need to be distributed/downloaded by all players including the auto-host when you can just simply apply unit restrictions at host time.

B: You have not demonstrated the basic understanding of mapping I would expect would be needed for someone who wished to make a map, let along a map mutator... so what you are probably going to do is release a hack of the of the original and mappers hate that... in this case the guy who made DSD probably doesn't care... but whatever.

This is quite hilarious. For the beginning, why would you do something that is already made and in a lot of sensible way? On the other hand, why would you make the map/mod/ripoff if you are not a "hoster?" How would you host your unique and brilliant mod then? Who would host/or make an autohost for your unique and brilliant dsd hack map if the hack can be implemented easily as a mod setting in their own mod? 8)

We really need support for (a) joining if you don't have the mod, and (b) switching which mod a host is using without re-hosting so that people will stop looking to shoehorn the game logic into the map.

SD lets you join any battle you wish. It will get the mod and map for you upon joining.

I'm aware of that - was actually impressed the first time SD did it for me. I'm referring to the other lobbies, and also the rehost problem.
