That's a link to the working spreadsheet i'm using. Yellow highlights indicate there is a wings model waiting to be textured. White means no model. I'll be updating it every few days. If you have any questions or would like to see screenshots post away.

It's just a power generator. I think I got the idea from an episode of myth busters that dealt with free energy. My first idea was to have it so the more units on map the more power it would generate since the units were generating more radio waves. But I have no idea how to implement that so i'll be looking into it being basically a replacement of the wind power generator and it will be bound to the wind map. The current model of it is actually pretty lame.

Looks like a good start at least. Might want to add a collector dish somewhere although.

Yeah i wish i could find the mythbusters clip that dealt with that. I can't really remember what their build looked like.

put those octagon missile launchers on the left on (the one with the gun) and take the right ones feet, and put that on the left one, but make them beefier. see how that looks.
