Spring RTS Engine

I finally used my upgrade CD to Vista but now I cant get TASclient to work. I know there are various issues with it but is this one easily sorted?

I researched it and found where I can download it, but wouldn't know where it should be?!

devil.dll is included in the installer ... so if it can't find it, it means you didn't extract tasclient to the spring dir ... spring needs devil.dll too
