Just thought I'd post here before moving it out of the section "Free/Open Source". I don't know if it fits in a 'proprietary' category though.

It's still open source, and it's free as in beer.

Yes, it is free/Open source, however that license protects our artwork assets (models, textures, loadscreens and so on (Does not apply to CEG'S! Those are free for the taking)). The rest is fair game, including the luaz, scripts etc etc.
