some interesting fights and CGI.

Bad Points;
SLOWWW film takes too long for the CGI effects fight seens drag out too long. It just generally doesnt move along

Doesnt follow the Book AT ALL. seriously it hurt

i thought it would be crap.

but i read the books so i wanted to see for myself.

crap i could handle. this film went to far levels of filmatic failure i didnt know possible.

You mean it wasn't obvious upfront that this was going to be a return to the spectacular form of such fantasy adaptations as Eragon or League of Extraordinary Gentlemen?

Though to be fair, there wasn't much to be lost in the case of Eragon.

I really liked the way the dragon was done on Eragon, but I've always liked dragons and am still working on trying to do a great drawing of one. I don't usually do drawings, but, I have a thing for drawing dragons.
