spring does not sync anymore

just installed newest engine version (0.81.1.3)
and did this: http://springrts.com/phpbb/viewtopic.ph ... 2&start=20
to point spring to the maps/mods folders of the old install
F:\Spiele\Spring_81 <- newest version
F:\Spiele\Spring <- old spring (80.5.2), holds all my mods and maps
springlobby is v0.63 which is up to date right now.
when i am in a battleroom, it shows me as unsynced.
if the game is forcestarted i get this:
but in gamelist everything looks ok before joining:
after joining it shows unsynced. but only for that battle.
after joining and failing to sync in the battleroom, it will show as unsynced:
wtf? those battles all host the same mod!
with xta I am 100% sure that map+mod are ok because I played them in old version.
with ca i am not quite sure if the downloader messed up anything.

strangely it wrote the infolog.txt in F:\Spiele\Spring , the old spring folder but as you can see Spring 0.81.1.3 (0.81.1.3-0-g725801c{@}-cmake-mingw32)
the correct .exe was launched.

was created in F:\Spiele\Spring_81 which is correct
hosting my own battle in sl works for singleplayer works.
Any ideas?
I already restarted/rejoined multiple times, redownloading does not help: the files are the same.
this is on windows xp.
hm, screenshots get resized, well do rightclick, show image to read the text if its crumbled.
