Spring RTS Engine

I always had spring but since I bought a new computer I had to download it all over again.

I download the most recent version of Spring and It shows I need to update.

It shows Your Version: 0.28 Current:0.43
I auto-update that
Then I says Your Version: 0.43 Current 0.58

I try to auto-update that then is says

Windows cannot find 'C\:Program Files\Spring\springlobby_updater.exe'

I cant download it with WinRar or WinZip or any other type of program like that. I keeps saying "Requires Administrative Acces"

Anyone know how to fix this?

Tried it it wont work i get a message saying

GameManager::GameManager()

That is not a SpringLobby message.

EDIT:

Was able to extract.

Now it says

Cant open log file
Be sure there isnt a write problem
Program files-Spring-lobby-Springlobby-chatlog-Official Server-BATTLE-2010...

I am having a similar problem. My Spring says:
your version: .35
current version: .43

Then it says autoupdate failed.

i helped 2 guys yesterday with the same problem, couldnt u fix it somehow?

I'm on a 64 bit. So the win32 scared me off.
