Bug in TAServer - or maybe in Springlobby?

Hi,
if i host a game on the official server , all is fine.
But if i host a game local with TAserver.jar - i cant change the map!
(have not testet can i change anything else ...= )
It looks like the server think i joined the battle 2 times, one as host and one as player and get stuck with the restriction that a player cant change the map ......(or anything maybe ..)
Think it is a bug in TAServer - but maybe it is a probem with Springlobby,
use the 0.56, but its run fine on Official server so i think TAserver related ..(but dont know 100%

Edit:fixed "can" to "cant" -sorry-
