Spring RTS Engine

Lots of people post their infolog when they have a problem. Lots of people use their real, full name as their OS login name. Before someone complains, why don't we adjust the logging system so it doesn't record their user folder directory name?

So this:

C:\Documents and Settings\Steven Smith\Documents\NotMyFurryPics\Games\Spring\Maps

would be replaced with the less incriminating:

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Documents\NotMyFurryPics\Games\Spring\Maps

Note that Vista and 7 no longer use "Documents and Settings" but "Users".

i support this, but see two problems:
1. the obvious one, that someone had to code it, and it had to work for the different OSs+versions. most easily done probably by filtering each line written to infolog
2. people will get confused when the infolog says it searched in dir X but they find that dir X does not exist on their system, and they dont know where infolog could be finding the outdated basefiles it seems to find. .. and similar problems.

Mine is a nameless folder with a transparent thumbnail. You can't even see it's there.Only a true master knows where to click!
