I recommend you take the 1:30 hours time and watch this video about how your body metabolizes sugars. Fructose is a poison and works similarly to Ethanol.

You are what you eat... Living on a high protein/fat, low carbohydrate diet for more than a year I can tell first hand how it made me feel better physically and mentally.

Well, if you want to go that way, I strongly recommend all to reduce their intakes of dairy and processed foods, to replace various substitutes such as high fructose corn syrup with actual sugars, and to reap the benefits.
I've found low process, moderate fat, moderate protein and moderate sugar diets without dairy to render the most healthy results, though of course, most will disagree with me. It is true that high sugar intake is problematic, but I think that lecture fails to address the significant impact of the consumption of animal products in excess, and the long term shortcomings of a high fat/high protein diet are entirely unaddressed.

later civs are such shams...
They still did not make any system to control tons of cities...as oppose to a much lesser known game, called call to power, which actually attempted to allow players to control empires strategically and not manually each and every city,or just placing a governor.

call to power 2 was brilliant, the source code is available and being improved, although unforunately the license is restricted
civ4 is pretty good with some mods, but civ3 was terrible

I don't weigh 208lbs yet, so I feel that's a good thing... I don't know how much I can "bench" because I haven't "benched" anything since high school (like 8 years)

A) Is that from Space Empires IV?
B) Did you just buy it while it was on sale a week ago?
That stretch was my exercise for today.

Didn't buy, and not IV but V.

I bought V too but it seemed insanely over-complex and slow moving. Like, moreso than I would expect. And I play JRPGs. I'd heard that IV was more user-friendly so I bought it for $2.99 last week.

SE4 was great! It just needed a graphical overhaul and shiny 3dness, instead what we got was SE5 which was overcomplicated and fiddly to use
