Spring RTS Engine

I have this problem when I play Single Player BA 7.04, and that is when I start the game with the AI bot and map already set, I cannot see the AI's buildings and units on the map, neither on the minimap. It just looks like if the AI didn't exist. I've tried using different AI bots, but I still get the same issue. I've taken a screenshot of the game (below) so you can see what I'm talking about.




Please help me if you can. I'm a newbie to Spring

i am not sure but i think you understand something wrong.
you are not supposed ot see the AI from the start. there is fog of war in spring, even doh it is not a seasyly visible as in other games. you need a radar or your units near the enemy to see the ohter units. also, try pressing L in-game. it will show you what parts of hte map you can see, where you have radar coverage and hwere you are fully blind.
