zoom in at the border of the map

if i zoomed at max. in and continue to zoom (while pressed middle mousebutton --> u see the lil annoying cross) in at the border of the map it moves the screen slowly south of the map, when u do that somewhere else it happens nothing

Sorry, this bug report is unclear... is it possible to get a screenshot of the problem?

Simpler: If you keep middle mouse button pressed:
- middle of map: nothing happens
- border: it scrolls to bottom

I don't have patience to look through the source code, can anyone tell how to cycle the camera views? I know Ctrl+F4 and such works, but previously u could use Ctrl+j and Ctrl+middle mouse.

crtl + backspace also cycles camera views.
