Spring Lobbyserver

Hi Guys!
yesterday i have downloaded the java spring lobby (at this page i think) .
but it didn┬┤t work.is there a trick to get it run?
does anybody know if there is a running lobby server to download????
I would be happy for an answer

If you are under linux and you are ok with installing a mysql server you can try pytasserver, otherwise try uberserver.
java server really sucks, it's A LOT easier installing a mysql server than getting it running

you need git to get uberserver from git://springlobby.info/git/aegis/uberserver.git , pytasserver can be downloaded from
http://tizbac.dyndns.org/cgi-bin/gitweb ... 91b;sf=tgz
pytasserver can run only on linux and require a mysql server which is very easy to install on most distros
Both are written in python , so you need also python that is insalled on most distros

If you plan to use it only in lan mode i could fix it so it doesn't load mysql on lan mode and doesn't use poll

The version you downloaded is basically the same that is used to run the online lobby.
