Spring RTS Engine

I took the liberty to upload a XTA modfile with two changed properties. The gator HP and EMG spray angle have been reset to their old value.

1: Gator HP reduced 843 -> 800
2: EMG sprayangle 2448 ->1850

Please test these numbers again and post feedback/suggestions.

if you modify the spray, revise the damage numbers.
