This seemed a bit odd. Some kind of command was queued (I think a build command), and the commander was trying to complete itm, but did not manage because there was already a radar in the way.
This should not be possible, right?

it would make sense if the com was set to repeat on. also.. i dont remeber what happens if a build order of a building is in queue, but the building is already there (without repeat on). i think it tries fro soem time, and then gets a timeout and goes on wiht the next commadn in queue, but could be instantly also.

I think he got ordered something different later on. This was his last command in the que. But yeah, we was trying to build almost all the time.
