A problem with syncing checksums

Hello everyone! After upgrade on 80.5 my friend has some problems with multiplayer. Game and lobby were installed from spring repo on Ubuntu 9.04 x86. He is not registered on this forum, so, I'll speak from his face. Here's a problem:
"I encountered a strange bug in spring 80.5 and 80.5.1 - in singleplayer everything is ok, but if try playing multi - lobby says that my mod's checksum does not match with hoster's, even though I've checked it myself and it's ok."
Problem affects both 80.5 and 80.5.1 releases of Spring and 0.28 and 0.29 Springlobby. If it will be useful, unitsync.log placed here http://pastebin.com/m44df6e61
