I got this Tekken Tag arcade machine off ebay for super cheap
I'm still enjoying it as much as I am in the photo, and it wasn't even plugged in then
anyone know where I can get more cheap machines/arcades closing near them (UK) they seem like a fantastic thing to hold onto to sell for huge dollar in the future

I could see owning an arcade cabinet... but I certainly wouldn't own one for Tekken.

ahhh dude if i lived in the same continent as you i'd show you how to play ^^

^ my personal choice if i could get any arcade machine
also, you can buy those MAME boxes and load whatever you like on there, although im not too sure about how a more "modern" game like tekken would be supported in this manner.
good purchase i say.
edit : also, maybe just in that pic, you look like chris keller from the show Oz.

These freaks are hardcore:

you need 2 widescreen flat-panels to pull off a home-brew pinball emulator cabinet (backglass and table-proper)
( example from

Welcome to the 90s? Playstation emulation is a decade old now (which includes tekken and arcade equivalents).
P.S. Time Pilot '84 kicks Time Pilot's ass.

hmmm i assumed it was tekken tag tournament, the console port of which was a ps2 game.
is ps2 emulation good enough to bother with now? last time i tried it, it seemed a bit glitchy in places... was trying to play one of those 3d castlevanias.
whats the difference between regular timepilot and timepilot 84? i played the hell out of the 360 arcade version when it was first released

I grew up with the tekken games all the way back from snes- along with most the guys I know- so we are off the chain tekken pros. playing on the machine makes it feel approx 1000x times more awesome.

I'll have to post some pics of my M.A.M.E machine I build 2 years ago. I have over 3000 arcade titles and some choice snes games. Right now it's running on XP though I am strongly thinking of putting Ubuntu on it. I doubles as a juke box and I have plans to put an amiga and dreamcast emulator on it. My favorite games have to be Street fighter alpha 3, ms pacman, galaga, and metal slug 1 through X. Oh and there is this amiga game called wings of fury that is really kool I want to put on there. The whole thing is a bit of arcade overkill but it was fun to build and didn't cost but maybe 5 or 6 hundred bucks. Now a pinball machine, that would be great. Oh and I keep mine in the house where as from the picture you obviously keep yours in the alley between houses in an urban neighborhood.

Anyone who would have choice of any arcade game to own at home and would still pick something other than Metal Slug should be locked in an asylum.

There's a handful I'd take over Metal Slug. Virtual On would do it.
