Spring Lobby won't start

When I try to load Spring Lobby...a small window pops up and says 'GlobalManager()::GlobalManager()...and then nothing happens. Anyone know what that is all about ?
It's springlobby's updating system... It r kinda bonkered.
Did you download the new spring version?
