Dead space grumbles

I have the thermite, I need to get the shockpad, I go to the store, OOOO elvel 2 suit I say!!! Must upgrade
Walks into store, flashy animation, store opens again, oh wait? where did my suit go? WHERE DID I GO?!?! Floating weapon walks out of the store....
Saves in new slot, reloads, now my floating weapon is stuck on the floor......
*Looks for patches*
NO PATCHES?¬!! None?¬! No patches of any kind?!?!?! ( well for PC ) Hundreds fo complaints from PC suers of their issues being blatantly ignored?

Well, they did kinda let their publisher take their IP, give it to another team to go to console, so maybe nobody's left who cares and is authorized to spend time fixing it. They have your money, after all.

Actually they don't, I downloaded it from the ea store during the window when they had that 3 games for free pricing error

I played through it without any problems other than really wanting to play through SS2 again afterwards which I couldn't get working in xp

Since SS2 pretty much defines an awesome game it has a loyal following at
www.ttlg.com alongside other Looking Glass titles. I got SS2 working better than ever thanks to their forums which have pretty much a fix for every problem you might encounter installing/playing SS2 and you can also find high-res packs to enhance gameplay. For most people just patching the game and running it in compatibility mode in XP works.

If your going to play a game made for a
console and complain when the port is shit, you might want to put your face in a blender.

The port is fine, it looks pretty, it controls alright, I just wish that there wasnt such omgwtf how did thsi happen bugs.
Uber basic QA should sort this out, and retrospective bugfixing using the playerbase to release patches is important too especially when theyre using the engine to build 2 sequal games.
