I am having the same trouble. I have deleted the root of my spring directory and installed back to .13 and I am stuck at cannot connect! error either.

Deleted everything to do with TA including registry entries, installed fresh using latest installer, with client .13, still cannot connect.

I am guessing the servers have actually gone down?

Hmmmm.. Interesting. Is the Lobby LAN server download the actual server being used as well? (On file universe) If it is, maybe someone would be willing to put up one on the western side of the world.... 8)

Dont know about the FU one, but the 'Downloads' one is.

I've put one up, hopefully it will work for now:
Server IP:24.49.98.58 port 8200

You'll need to reg an account... Enjoy.

Hmm... I wonder if we could possibly run one on the TAU/FU server... I'll look into it, maybe.

Why the hell do I need to restart Windows?

Yes, it seems the entire country was down since it all goes through telecom which had some problems that night.

That means having two public servers, which will only divide the community. Please don't do that. I can add an option to client to connect to backup server if the official one fails, but it's not done yet.

The client is supposed to close itself just after executing the patch, but due to bug in it it won't, so this way the patcher can't patch the exe file since it is still running (if you manually close the client just after the patcher executes, you don't have to restart windows). It is fixed with 0.141, so you won't have to restart windows anymore (hopefully).

Yeah... who else didn't even realise there was a windows restarting problem because they had already closed the client running in the background anyways because they knew that was what was going to get patched
