Spring RTS Engine

Hi, I have Vista SP1, and whenever I try playing Spring it begins to load, then it crashes and I get this message:

Error at position 69 near"

TEMP temp;
TEMP shadow, tempC" when loading fragment program file
groundFPshadow.fp:
Error, line 3: invalid option specified.
Error, line 3: invalid option specified.
Error, line 8: invalid texture target.

I get this no matter what mod or map or AI I choose. Anyone else get this?

disable shadows in spring settings

still crashing.
