Spring RTS Engine

1) i have no idea what the LUA widgets that come with spring are capable of; tooltip functionality would be nice.

2) i have no idea if i already have or don't have widgets that SpringLobby lists. Maybe check what widgets exist and highlight those that are installed already?

3) Use a caching or pre-downloading mechanism on the LUA download viewer so that it doesn't. have to download. every. widget's. description. individually. every time.

2) i told BD this some times ago, use springdownloader (when u have windows)

3) use springdownloader or suck BDs nerfs
