it would be nice if there is a progress bar for upgrade. ie: making tank destroyer available on vehicle factory.

I think we can add that.

diffrent models for upg factories- even if its just a diffrent number of parked trucks or barrels- would be cool

That may be a little longer in coming.

Ideally we would switch to the CA morph gadget for factory upgrading (as used by the deploying machineguns and artillery, with nice flashy effect and a % counter), it currently uses the IW upgrade gadget.

There are some reasons why this isn't as trivial as it might seem though.
