Problem with graphic-card driver

I have a toshiba laptop with geforce 9600M GT installed
it is vista 32 home pre

when I start the program, it said "Needed OpenGL extension(s) not found:GLEW_ARB_multitexture GLEW_ARB_texture_env_combine GLEW_ARB_texture_compression Update your graphic-card driver! graphic card: GeForce 9600M GT/PCI/SSE2 OpenGL version: GeForce 9600M GT/PCI/SSE2"

the problem is that, I cannot use the nvidia official notebook graphic-card driver because toshiba did something on it, and toshiba does not provide any newer driver any more, so I am wondering whether there is way to solve it, maybe an extra opengl dll?

Try a custom driver, unlike the official ati/nvidia drivers they work on notebooks, and are based on the newest versions. The performance hacks are a nice bonus and very noticeable, especially on notebooks.
