Where to get all these programs ?

its a pity that there's loads of "how to" guides, but none of them actually tells where to download these Spring related programs.
upspring - where to get latest version? for example.
someone should include download links onto some of those topics

We need a Spring Directory topic/wiki page with links to all these apps and important topics.
I'm in a good mood, I'll make one if nobody else will...
