If you pick up a radar jammer with an atlas does it still work? If not you should change it cos I think it would be a cool idea! or just have a air unit like a helicopter or something which can act as a jammer. <-- please consider adding this cos it would be epic.

I dont think we should be making bomber runs or drops or combombs any more useful as they are now...

sure. play a game once in a while bro, i hear combombs are all the rage nowdays.

to clarify, we are talking about loading a comm into a trans and flying it at the enemy and selfding the trans above the enemy.

ninja edit: jammers turn off while in trans atm

tbh, it would make ADV transports pretty insane.

Pick up a jammer, your commander, and a couple cons...
Fly in undetected, drop the cons in a safe spot, continue to combomb and reclaim shortly after.

If you're CORE, you could pick up a jammer and a couple skuttle bombs and do basically the same thing.

Pretty sure flying jammers stopped working a while ago though.

You mean, they stopped working in BA, or they don't work period? Because I think you can make them work if you put the transport in turret mode... err whatever. You know what I mean.

Arm dragonflies (T2 trans) jam radar, generally works to jam both them and passengers, but when turning it can fail, due to radius being so small. Should be buffed so it actually works.

IMO, I still think that Atlas' and Valkyrie could be given a very basic attack weapon, similar to the Banshee's light plasma machineguns would make those T1 airdrops so much more worthwhile.

If the removal of T1 transport privileges for Commanders gets sold, the addition of light weapons for the transports would be a great alternative, and I can't imagine it being overpowered.

Would also give CORE an actual light attack gunship, and then finally the Bladewings could get balanced properly afterwards.

Pretty sure it takes 3 (or 4?) hits from Pulveriser to knock an Atlas/Valk down, they got beefed up slightly afaik.

A flying jammer that only jams while stationary would be good, but only as a t2 unit and only if it can cloak (While stationary).

It would be useful unit for creating small jammer path quickly.

Also, make that uberunit as weak as piss, so if it did get noticed it would die.

Then use it.

(Hint: Transports can unload units)

I like how MR.D deletes posts that point out the fact that he's a clueless newbie that doesn't know what he's talking about. Oops.

Why don't you make yourself useful and start moderating the whole forum and not only when it concerns you? That's not a privilege you have to clean only in front of your own mouth.
