Seriously, it's annoying to manually capture. Any non-busy cons should be auto-capturing any nearby stunned or unarmed enemy units.

Also, could be extended to reclaim for BA.

When only rectors in CA could capture I wrote an autocapture widget for them which was pretty effective, it was committed so you may find it in the history somewhere if they removed it (something like unit/cmd_rector_automicro.lua)
