Spring RTS Engine

Hai. I was wondering last days that it would be good idea to advertise spring. Ive spoken to one of the mods who knows spring from 'technical point of view' and he said that the part of spring content is not 'fully legal' , like ba. someone could tell me more about it ?

And my idea of advertising is to write to cd-action ( biggest and most popular... ewww newspaper, print?... in Poland, but not only) email and tell them about spring. maybe they will write sum article about it and more players will know about spring.

Spring itself is perfectly legal - the TA mods just aren't which make up more than 90% of what's played with Spring...

bah, advertising engine wont help getting any players... its all FatOneEyedPirate fault, making illegal stuffz

You dont advertize spring unless you want more developers.

You want PLAYERS. People dont play spring, they play BA/CA/XTA/ETC/ETC, so advertize BA/CA/XTA/ETC/ETC

People stopped bothering with the MTR a while ago... maybe if we started giving out achievements?

spring is now just considered an engine, with people developing games for it.

those developers should be advertising on there own.
