UnitDef float. How much ParalyzeTime is healed every frame. Defaults to current formula.

Sounds like a good idea. I'd also like to finally untie the paralyze status from a unit's left health. It currently works by comparing the paralyzing damage with the unit's health left. There should be an option switching this to just do a comparison of the max health. It's very odd that you can keep a unit paralyzed by just damaging it with non-paralyzing weapons...
