Spring RTS Engine

Here is the biggest problem I have with Spring, I had to open up my firewall to let this piece of shit come through, now I prolly got aids.

You didn't have to open it, you could just pass through ports, which you need to do for almost every game with online play - the difference being that most automagically have their ports forwarded because they use generic and oft-targetted ports.

It should be possible to tell your firewall to allow Spring to access the internet, while blocking unwanted stuff. And if it isn't, you might want to consider switching to a different one.
