Anyone heard of this game?

Another WWII game, but this one looks great. Just check out the features and screen shots. There's a lot more I can say, but I'm too busy drooling..

played it thoroughly unimpressed with it.
I was lead to believe the tank armor model was "the best ever designed"
i was lied to horribly, infantry combat is also not very realistic etc etc etc.
sorta fun campaign though. Imagine Company Of Hero's except much worse graphics, thats Men of War

company of heroes? This game is NOTHING like it.
Each soldier has an individual inventory, every shot fired takes ammunition, you can be covert in this game, infantry DO work pretty damn realistically (if I shoot you, you die, not become suppressed and take DPS), it's fun commanding tanks and other things and blowing buildings apart... The list goes on.
If you want to try it, 'rent' the game, and buy or delete the game. IMO, it was one of the best WWII strategy/tactics games I ever played.

yes, each infantry and tank has ammo, you can make them carry 200 rounds or more.
making the matter nearly no different from company of hero's with infinite ammo.
tanks carry enough ammo to last a long ass game as well.
The game is Exactly like Company of hero's except your infantry can carry there own ammunition and can pick up enemy weapons.... OH WAIT you can do that in company of hero's!
Your idea that your infantry die in 1 shot must be a headshot, because i constantly see my infantry taking 3-4 hits to be killed.
so yea you get ammunition. If thats what your looking for this game is all for you.

i fully agree with sleksa, close combat is fantastic, makes men of war look exactly like what it is, a childs game.

You can pick up special weapons in CoH, but every weapon is available in MoW. Infantry still die in 2-5 hits (depending on weapons) in MoW, but they don't have a 5 minute standoff like in CoH, forcing someone to resort to grenades, vehicles, reinforcements, or artillery. I like both MoW and CoH, and to me, they're hardly that similar. Never played combat mission or close combat. I think this is the first time I've ever even heard of them...
Debates don't matter, you'd need to play both games to see the differences and similarities.

For me MoW is best WW2 strategy game ever made... Its like old Sudden Strike :) CoH is like hollywood movie... beautiful graphic, effect but that is all...
