Diplomacy zones

Original idea from Emanuel.

Ability to draw out several types of diplomacy zones:

zones where allies are not attacked
zones where allies are attacked
zones where alliance is broken when ally enters them
zones where your units wont attack anyone
zones where your allies see what you see

I'd love it if the SetUnitNeutral command could be expanded to accept an ally id so you're saying this unit is neutral towards that Id only, (and I suppose the GetUnitIsNeutral thingy would need to return this list too).

You mean zones on maps? Hmm, could be very interesting..... You could simulate countries or control zones or something, would work nicely with S44 (and WD if it ever gets resurrected).
