Moving the default Consol

I'd like to be able to move the default consol as well as change font size, width, height etc... It could be done with an obscure txt file, much like ctrlpanel.txt.
InfoConsoleGeometry default = 0.26 0.96 0.41 0.205
(xpos, ypos, width, height)
