Spring RTS Engine

How do I go about hosting a game online while allowing players on my network to play it? I can properly host games, everything works fine there. When a player on my lan tries to join my battleroom game, it gives them an error.

I think it's possible, however you should all use the same internet ip. So you can't have some ppl join 192.168. whatever, while the rest is joining an internet ip.
