Replay Speed

Now that there is an option to lock game speed, it seems to me as if this also applies in replays. Therefore I cannot speed up replays if they max speed limit for the game itself was 1.0.

Can anyone confirm this?

/setmaxspeed 9 still works in locked replays.

I was able to speed it up to 15 despite a speed lock in the original game...

most ppl set max speed at 1 in original game which means its 1 in replay, very boring to watch :(

When i host a game with max speed 1.0, i cant increase the speed to whatsoever i want. So i need to make /setmaxspeed every time i watch replay.

It would be more fun if there wasnt any max speed limit when you watch replays.

IMO it should be a game engine feature that replays dont limit anything... its just retarded you get those limits in replay

challenge to lua scripters: make a widget that works only when watching a demo, which will show a basic gui like SC/DOW2 has (ie. speed button/slider, pause button.) it should also automatically setmaxspeed 20 or something.
