First question: Host on Jazcash's site for better formatting and possibly greater visiblity, or direct on CA trac for ease of community editing?

Why not both? Even if you can't be bothered to post it on my guides site as well, I'll happily copy and paste it and take a some screenshots etc if it's ok with you :)
