Yet another widget to fix teamcolors!

- Pick bright evenly hue-spaced random new team colors when turned on.
- Reset team colors to original when turned off.
Contains HSL<->RGB lua functions.

Would you give that baby a name? I will add it to SpringDownloader's Widget database then if you dont mind
