Spring RTS Engine

Sometimes connecting to the lobby server takes so long that I time out. Occasionally I see the "Have fun playing Spring " message in $local and once I saw some battles, at this point it says receiving user list. Happens with both TASC and Spring Lobby. I have no problems viewing the site when this happens so it's not purely a connection problem.

afaik, the site has been on a different server for quite some time now.
