NEW MAP: Marsbar V2

This small 8x8 map is best suited for intense 1v1 action. Vehicles can't climb the hills. The texture was made by Beherit. If you find the hidden message you get cookies!

The hightmap got exported from my PSD file as the old one was overwritten
The elmstreet texture was sprayed in Photoshop. The texture is not by me but from Silver!!!

textures very nice but the height map doesnt feel very natural on the hills etc. Is it because your terrain detail is set to a low level if not imo you should try to fix it.
But overall gj
(this is about lava ma)

Also... I think you are using 8 bit heightmap... Turn your heightmaps to 16-bit raw and run gaussian blur.

I really like the lava thing, its a great looking concept, I just have one gripe:
Wouldnt common sense dictate that the parts in the cracks should be glowing red hot and the high grounds cooled down and black?

I liked the terracing on the first map and think the second looks fabulous.
