Full Motion Video (and more) in Spring using only lua!

Ref: ingame video
This lua allows you to chop up a video and play it in spring, locally or across the network. In the future it'll also be expanded for ingame content delivery.
I don't have a lot to say about it at this point; I'm posting it because it's pre-alpha and I haven't looked at it in a few weeks; I need some more pressure, and because today is the most confusing day to release it.
This package might be enough to make the sample video work; I'm not sure. No time to test as I'm on a strict deadline of April 1. If it works, the command sequence is /luaui auth, wait for confirmation, /luaui send, wait a bit, /luaui execute. I'll probably rename the topic to something less silly once I make a proper release, probably using a dll instead of a hacked spring to run the external commands used to preprocess the video.
I would have made a fancy fake-sounding post instead of just the topic, but ran out of time.
