I have a question... is it possible to develop under this engine - a game simulating an economy - economic game.. or what you call.. i mean a simulation lice tycoon games - transport tycoon for example?

It's probably possible. It wouldn't be my first choice of engine though. You'd be MUCH better off starting with OpenTTD. Spring is very specifically designed for Real Time Strategy games which may impose limits on your game that wouldn't make sense.

Possible, yes, but other then the spring renderer and a whatever physics and unit movement commands you need, you'd basically be building every other piece of logic from the ground up.

Yeah, in fact I was considering one weakly once. I don't think it'd be optimal because concepts like roads are foreign to Spring but it should technically be possible. You'd need a crapton of Lua, of course.

Metric or Imperial? (or the less well used US measurement?)

Metric. Imperial would be a shitton.
