How do I force start a game?

Yeah I know, t says it specificly when you play the game. But I can't seen to find a Return Buttton.

Give the guy a break! Ctrl+Enter doesn't always work.

It doesn't say "Press any key to continue" you know? It says Press CTRL=Return TO force start.
