Autohost spam

Its not a pressing problem I guess, but there is now always about 2x as many empty autohosts as games running. I actually have to use the sort by player number tab to sort the real games from the empty authosts, especially BA authosts; its the mod everyone plays, it hardly needs 15 autohosts people.
can the clans all running say, 3-4 autohosts cut it down a little? like 1-2 autohosts, to reduce the redundancy? its just annoying and gives the impression the battle lobby is empty. hell, people moaned enough in 2006 when the very first (xta) authosts appeared, and its like that but 1000 times worse now.

FPS games have hundreds of empty hosts. Just filter them out whiner.

I'd rather have too many than too few.

what I find annoying is that when a normal player hosts a game u get newbs spamming "!balance", "!balance", "!balance", "omg this bot is broken!"

Clearly autohosts are the root of all stupidity.

Nice feature would be a clan-meta-autohost doodad that would shut-down/reactivate autohosts as needed such that there was only one empty autohost at a time.

I am perfectly content with filtering players > 0.
Its a little unreasonable to suggest people shut down their game servers. Some people can't host, and they can be very useful.
If you don't want to see them, turn your filters on

, other people might still want to have them available.
