springlobby unable to connect to the official server

I try to use springlobby to connect tot the official server but every time i tried it gave me an bad username /password error. I've tried using the same username/password with TASClient and it worked fine.
I can use springlobby lo connect to the backup server 1 though, and also if i created a new user but kept the same password it worked fine again. Is it possible to have my username removed from the database so i can create it again and then have the experience restored?
The username that does not work is: xyz32
The new one that I've created is: xyz64
Ive also made a bug report here:
http://www.springlobby.info/trac/ticket/750 but not much happened.
Thanks.

The backup server has no accounts.
You say you kept the same password? Because the two accounts don't have the same password. Can you log on to 64 in tasclient?
I tested my springlobby:
[09:02:25] ** Server ** Connecting to server Official server...
[09:02:46] ** Server ** Connected to TAS Server.
[09:02:47] ** motd ** Welcome, xyz32!
How many times did you try retyping both account name and password?

No, is just letters and numbers.

Hmm, the thing is that the first time i tried SpringLobby it worked with the xyz32 user, but after that I wasn't able to connect any more. The password was suppose to be saved by the application. I will have to do some more testing when I get home.
Thanks for replying.

And thank you for having an insecure password.

Well, why bother with a secure password if:
1) it can't be changed
2) The only thing that someone can do with it is gain more in-game experience for my account :)

You can change your password at any time.
And they can also pretend to be you to people that don't know you. ├â┬Â

Though it seems that /changepassword is currently broken in SL, so you have to do it the manual way by hashing old and new passwords with /testmd5 and then sending CHANGEPASSWORD oldhash newhash in the server tab.

Just a bump w/ some fresh 411.
Want to change spring lobby password?
If you're already logged into the server, to get a list of commands to change passwords, type /help into the "Official server" tab under the "Chat" tab.
