Spring RTS Engine

So it's been a while since I've been terribly active in the Community beyond the Off Topic sub-forum and this mainly had to do with my computer sucking, my job sucking and me having my brain melted by years of technical support work...

Anyways, I feel like I'm back in the running again to get involved and I've seen a LOT of craptastic posting, endless repetition of the same old answers to questions and lot's of confused people posting that they are unable to play (partly Vista's fault, but not entirely)

So anyways... I'd like to get the old MTR honour Roll started up again.

Monthly Topic Rotation is in no way an insult to the person posting (beyond essentially questioning there ability to understand the available resources)

So I'd like to institute a re-birth for the MTR.

Did it ever really die? Many of the MTR items actually got implemented, but other ones are still going long and strong.

It's lacking the actual MTR list and content.

Commander upgrades gotta be MTR (answer: "Spring can do it but you'll have to convince the mod maker first")
