Spring RTS Engine

Hello fellow spring players there is something wrong with my TASpring and SpringDownloader and at my guess its to do with unitsync.dll, all help will be deeply appreciated.

TASClient Error window (appeares as soon the splash screen has finished "initializing unitsync.dll")

Spring Downloader Error window1 (apears whilst SpringDownloader is loading)

Please close program now and move your SpringDowloader.exe to spring folder and delete SpringDownloaderConfig.xml in your srping

Spring Downloader Error window2 (this window apears twice after SpringDownloader has closed)

FATAL excetion, SpringDownloader will close

Spring error window (apears before loading)

Incorrect/Missing Content:
Not a single writable data directory found!

Configure a writable data directory using either:
- the SPRING_DATDIR enviroment variable,
- a SpringData=C:/path/to/data declaration in spring's registry entry or
- by giving you write access to the installation directory

Tried reinstalling?

Well I have run "spring_0.78.2.1", that didnt work, same errors and i'm not sure if that is the correct file, if it isnt which is and will I lose all of my maps if I do run the correct intallation file?

You can back up your maps and mods by copying out the maps and mods folders from the spring install directory.

so which installation file is the correct one?

please someone help me!

I have now reinstalled completely everything but no luck, the same errors still occour. please help!
