I like it as I said but it lacks of structure and looks like a bit messy.

It is very structured actually. And it's all labeled if you take the time to notice.
At the top you have the page links, mouseover them and you get those pages children. Directly below that you have the 5 different categories for news. News, lua, mods, maps and videos.
Next down you have the latest post from the News category.
Below that you have 4 miniposts, each showing the latest post in each section (Mods, maps, lua, video).
On the right hand side you have the latest 10 headlines from the news category.
It's very easy to understand. Sorry that it gave you some O_o

You should limit the size of the first post even if its longer than those udnerneath it so the user doesn't have to scroll down possibly 2 or 3 screens to discover the other items.
There's a reference to an fbutton.jpg which does not exist, and it might be worth optimizing to push the average page size under the 200kb mark so there is no observable delay loading
But also once again page generation and retrieval times are 1s+ get wp_supercache and start optimizing!!!!
